[The video opens up to a Dratini egg. Standing around it are a few Pokémon: a Torchic, a Vulpix, and a Staravia. The trio seem curious about the egg, as if they've never seen it before.]

How do you get an egg to hatch?

[The question comes from somewhere off-screen. The video swivels to look up at Logan, who is frowning at the egg. He doesn't seem to notice the camera is pointed at him.]

I've had this one for well over a month. It doesn't even show signs of hatching.

[And the one Reaver got hatched quite some time ago! Clearly this is an exercise in Logan's shitty luck. Then again, looking at those unevolved Pokémon it's quite possible that he just sucks at this whole "Pokémon training" thing. Or a horrible combination of that and shit luck. That's probably it.]

I have kept the egg with me at all times. What else does it require?

[He hasn't even dropped it! Come on, that has got to count for something!]

I also have a question in regards to evolution. Is it possible for a Pokémon to simply decide not to evolve? I have two that should have evolved by now but haven't for... some reason I can't figure out.

[Logan turns a bit, realizing that the camera is focused on him, and gestures to the Torchic. He retrieves the 'Gear from the cameraman, a sulking Snivy, and gestures to it as well.]

I would appreciate any advice on either subject. Thank you.

It's the country I was raised in, the country I was charged with protecting. Of course I miss it.

I didn't mean any offense by it, Your Majesty. However, there are a few that find this place preferable to wherever it is they came from - I'm hardly the first one here to hold that opinion, and I doubt I'll be the last.

In many ways, I find it to be, yes; I've been granted many more opportunities here than I ever would have had back in Amestris - some of them simple, some of them incredibly important to me, some of them that started out simple and became important as time went on.

I miss my alchemy. That's about all.

[He really doesn't. He can't imagine wanting to ditch Albion for this world - regardless of what awaits him when he returns.]

What will you do here then? Continue to train and defeat the Gym Leaders?

I've already defeated all of the Leaders in Johto; I have yet to move on to Kanto, though I suppose that's something that I'll do eventually.

What are you doing now then? There doesn't seem to be all that much to do here.

I don't doubt that I can keep myself entertained.

[He's been researching this organization, of course. But he has no idea that the attack on Goldenrod was pulled off by a person, much less someone from Team Rocket.]

There were quite a few, yes, though the majority of them were several months ago.

I might as well get familiar with this organization. I need to know what will be expected of me.

No, I haven't.

[He doesn't elaborate on that; he's fully aware that the team should have kicked him out by now. He's certain Reaver is behind that, but he's not going to ask just what Reaver's up to.]

Then it seems that someone's been doing it for you, judging by how long you've been here; the consequences have potential to get rather unpleasant if you leave the organization, so I would suggest that you not try to take the noble route by telling the individual in question to stop. I don't want to see you have to take any of those consequences.

[If this does end badly, the last thing he needs is for Reaver to take the fall for him. He'll never hear the end of it from Reaver.]
